Linux4biz provides a wide range of support solutions to meet the customer requirements form remote support to on-site project management assistance. Our online CRM system enables issue tracking and client communications.

Support options:

Remote Support 

Using email/telephone remote assistance to provide guidance, advice and issues support. We are friendly and flexible and this support channel works efficiently for the bulk of our customers and applications.

Project Support

A core component of long term customer partnerships and projects, this option adds design and development assistance from our experienced Linux4biz engineers - ideal when functional extensions and performance upgrades are planned.

On-Site support 

We can provide Linux4biz engineers on-site at customer premises to assist and work with client staff to optimize their applications. Periods are negotiable from one month upward. These may be on a ‘secondment’ basis (working at client’s direction), or as standard consulting engagement from out professional services team.
